In 2000 Oksana graduated from Khabarovskaya State Academy of Economics and Law - Law faculty and in 2003 obtained a Masters Degree from the Law faculty of St. Petersburg State University.
Career
From 2000-2006 Oksana worked as a lawyer for several Russian law firms. In 2007 she joined Duvernoix Legal as an associate and in 2009 was promoted to the position of senior associate.
